Shipping
• Domestic: All orders are
shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending where you are shipping
to it will take 2-6 days unless faster transit times are requested.
• Shipment Method: The following methods are used for our shipping:
USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight.

Pricing: At your time of check out your shipping price will be
calculated taking into consideration your location, shipment method
selection and price/weight of items in your cart.

International: Please note that we cannot accommodate on-line orders
shipping outside the continental US (except Canada) at this time.
Returns
• Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item purchased from tykecoon.com.
• We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise up to 30 days from delivery date.

If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please
contact us and we will give you the address and a return number for
your order. The item must be in its original packaging and have the
packing slip included for proper credit. The customer is responsible
for return shipping on returned items, except when defective or
incorrect items are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep
the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be
issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear
on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
• Clearance, Sale and Specials: These sales are final and cannot be refunded.
• Adjustments for returned items must be made to the credit card that
was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another
credit card.
Backorders
Many
factors affect inventory levels which may unexpectedly cause a
backorder situation. For example, unexpected high volume sales of a
particular item or low manufacturer inventory levels.
Our Backorder Policy
In most cases if you have a backordered item and we are unable to
"split ship" your order, we will notify you by email on the next
business day so you may tell us your preference on how to proceed.
If you do not reply to our email notification and inquiry regarding your preference, we will default your
order to "pending" and ship the item when it is back in stock. Please make certain your email address is
correct when you place your order.
Backorders are only permitted on items we intend to re-stock on a regular basis. HOT DEAL items and
clearance or closeout, temporary overstock and/or discontinued items do NOT qualify for backorder status
and will automatically be deducted from your order.
In most cases, items require 3-10 business days to restock. Your
order will ship immediately upon our receipt of the backordered item.
If a backorder is expected to take longer than 10 business days, we
will email you for further instructions with the option to wait until
the new inventory arrives or cancel your order.
Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. On the day your order ships you
will receive an email notification.
That means we do not charge you for the backordered item until the day it ships; we only charge for the
items actually shipping and the applicable shipping charge. We do not charge for separate/split shipping
if we have offered to split ship an order.
PayPal Users: With PayPal, your payment is immediately processed. We have no control over the ability to
hold payment with Paypal. Therefore, if you elect to wait for a backorder, the initial order charge will
be retained.
